T&C Optimist 50th Anniversary ‘Help Every Kid Play’ Golf Tournament

Town & Country Optimist Club is celebrating our 50th anniversary offering youth sports in the Austin community.  Founded in 1974, the Club and Foundation are grateful to the thousands of volunteers who have given their time to help kids have fun and learn the values of teamwork, sportsmanship and perseverance.  More than 200,000 kids have received the opportunity to play team sports at T&C thanks to you.

This will be our 8th ‘Help Every Kid Play’ golf tournament, with the specific aim to fund our scholarship program for kids who need financial help to play sports at T&C.  The need has never been greater to give all kids a chance to play, regardless of income or ability.

The Golf Club at Star Ranch, 2500 FM685, Hutto, TX 78634
Monday, May 6th, 1:30pm shotgun start
Check-in opens at 11:30am
Format: 4 Player Scramble
Registration Fees: $150 per player, $600 per team

Registration Fees Include:

– 18 holes of tournament golf
– Practice range access
– Box lunch
– T&C 50th Anniversary commemorative hat
– Drink tickets
– Awards for best and worst teams, closest to the pin, longest drive
– On course skills tests
– Raffle prizes
– And many thanks for helping us help kids
– $60 of the registration fee is eligible for a federal tax deduction as a 501c3 non-profit
