SOCCER DIRECTOR – Rich Swain
Rich brings over 20 years of experience in coaching and directing youth soccer programs across the United States. Originally from England, he moved to Texas in 2001 to work with Major League Soccer and FC Dallas, managing camps and training programs throughout Texas and neighboring states.
While in Dallas, Rich played a key role in youth soccer development, working with renowned clubs such as Dallas Texans, Andromeda (now Solar), and FC Dallas. In 2006, he relocated to Austin to serve as the Youth Development Director for Austin Texans SC. After successfully expanding the program, he joined Lonestar SC as Director of Coaching (DOC) for the South Austin Recreational and Academy programs.
Rich’s leadership extended to Houston, where he worked with Albion Hurricanes, and later to California with SoCal Reds as a Program Director. Over the past five years, he has been an integral part of Town & Country, progressing from Skills Trainer to Academy Coach/Director, then DOC, and now serving as Soccer Director.
Passionate about player development and community growth, Rich is committed to making Town & Country the premier soccer club in Central Texas.
