T&C Sports offers recreational Lacrosse programs for 1st to 8th Grade Girls.
T&C 2025 Spring Lacrosse is for both beginners and returning players.
During the pre-season (before games are scheduled) we will focus on individual lacrosse skill development, learning the rules of the game, team skills and scrimmaging at all levels.
Once games start, we will practice 2 times/week with at least one game per weekend. There are no games during Spring Break or on Mother’s Day or Easter Sunday.
Fun, lacrosse specific fitness and conditioning will be a part of each session.
