2025 Charity Bowling Tournament: Saturday, January 11, 1:30-4pm at Highland Lanes 

About 70% of low-income kids don’t play youth sports, compared with 70% of affluent kids who do get to play. At T&C, we want every kid to play.  Each year, we hold a fundraiser event with the proceeds going to reduce the costs to play on our recreational sports teams, especially for low-income families.

This will be our 2nd ‘Help Every Kid Play’ Bowling Tournament, with the specific aim to fund our scholarship program for kids who need financial help to play sports at T&C.  The need has never been greater to give all kids a chance to play, regardless of income or ability.

Kids, adults, teams, or individuals—everyone’s welcome. Let’s Have Some Fun & Help Some Kids!

We’ll have adult beverages for the adults, free snacks, drinks, and additional activities (such as Mario Cart) for the kids, medals for every kid, and awards for best and worst teams… and more! So, don’t hesitate- sign up today!!!

2024 Charity Golf Tournament – Celebrating T&C’s 50th Anniversary

Town & Country Optimist Club is celebrating our 50th anniversary offering youth sports in the Austin community.  Founded in 1974, the Club and Foundation are grateful to the thousands of volunteers who have given their time to help kids have fun and learn the values of teamwork, sportsmanship and perseverance.  More than 200,000 kids have received the opportunity to play team sports at T&C thanks to you.

This will be our 8th ‘Help Every Kid Play’ Golf Tournament, with the specific aim to fund our scholarship program for kids who need financial help to play sports at T&C.  The need has never been greater to give all kids a chance to play, regardless of income or ability.
