Volunteer coaches are vital for T&C Sports to give thousands of kids a chance to play. It can also be one of the most rewarding services you can experience as an adult.
All coach applicants are background checked and given abuse prevention training. If selected as a head coach, or an assistant coach, you will receive additional guidance specific to the sport you are coaching. If you are a first time coach, the leaders of our programs are especially eager to help you learn the ropes.
T&C Sports also employs a select number of paid coaches and trainers. These resources are often involved in mentoring volunteer coaches and teams, and in managing teams competing at the highest levels of competition.
