BIO:

A native Texan, Steve has lived in Austin for over twenty four years and is currently the owner/President of SB Valuation, a real estate appraisal company and owner/President of Texas 1% Real Estate, a residential brokerage firm in Austin. He is married to his wife of twenty three years, Tracey, and has three children, Cameron (19), Katherine (16) and Jack (12).

Steve is currently President of The Town and Country Optimist Club, President of The Miracle League at Town and Country and is the past president of the Town and Country Soccer Association. He also has been involved with T&C children's sports having coached t-ball, baseball, soccer and basketball.
